Brief introduction
The pipe inspection crawler has intelligent wheels as platform, high definition camera, high brightness LED lights, 11” Touch Screen Control Unit, Software.
It has been widely used in pipe detection, mine inspection, tunnel inspection, earthquake rescue, fir rescue, power inspection, anti-terrorism and other fields.
For different requirements, it could load sonde, mechanical arm, root cutter, gas detector and other professional tools, to work in the pipes, underwater and other complex conditions.
Advantages

2) Powerful drive and high speed: 2 x 80W motors imported from Switzerland. Hollow design of chassis gives it better obstacle climbing capacity. Max speed 35m per minute.
3) HD front view and rear view camera: HD CMOS, 1080P With SONY CCD sensor, Pan 360° Tilt 270°, Auto focus, 120 times zoom, adjustable LED lights, with Lift platform
4) 11” touch screen Tablet, easy handling .
5) Safety design: Crawler with anti-explosion certificates, IP68 waterproof, working in 10 meters water, indicate the situation of crawler on screen. High sensitivity sensor to prevent the crawler turned over in the pipe.
6) Smart design help to reduce the defective rate: The cable socket of crawler to cable drum does not bear the pulling force; 1pc screw to fix the wheel; 4pcs pulleys around the cable to protect the cable.
7) Software: Pipevideo.
8) Power supply: AC 110V to 240V, and DC 48V. Li-ion battery optional.
