Product Overview/Brief Introduction:

W3-C100-HMM pipe inspection robot is a new product based on industrial computer system design, using laptop instead of traditional master control. The robot can capture pictures of defective spots in the detection process so that you can get an inspection report immediately after the completion of detection.

In addition, slope curves of the pipeline can be obtained in real-time during the detection process, which helps you determine the deposition inside the pipeline. And a panoramic image of the inner wall of the pipeline will be produced by using fisheye lens combined with “Pipe sight” panoramic video analysis software for pipeline detection, so that more precise, quantifiable  analysis and interpretation of the dimension of diameter and crack width will be conducted.

W3-C100HD-HM pipe inspection robot consists of four parts: crawler, lens, cable reel and control system, among which, the crawler can carry different types of lenses such as revolving lens, direct view lens and fisheye lens. The robot responds to operation commands from the control system linking the cable reel, such as the crawlers moving forward, backward, turning, stopping and speed adjustment; the lens mounts lifting, lowering and light control; lens’ horizontal or vertical rotation, focusing, zoom, front and rear view switching, etc.. In the detection process, the control system can display in real-time and record pictures sent from the camera and the status information of the crawler, and remarks can be input on the touch screen.

ü Host configuration: A laptop is adopted as the host computer with built-in collection analysis software. CPU/ RAM/ storage capacity/ screen size and other parameters are to be configured freely.

ü Slope measurement: Standard slope measuring software conducts pipeline slope measurement, plotting curves and generating reports.

ü Interactive button: You can start the analysis software at one click and get an interpretation and analysis report.

ü Generating a report on the spot: A report can be automatically generated at the end of the detection at one click, and there is no need to import the video into analysis software for defect interpretation and analysis.

ü Wiring length: The standard cable length is 120 meters.

ü Cable parameter: Inside cable are two-core wire with a diameter of 1.7mm, 300 kilograms of Kevlar anti-drawing, imported polyurethane sheath, cable diameter <6mm, waterproof, anti-abrasion, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.

ü To play and preview the video files obtained in the detection process, add detection information, intercept defects images, and make an interpretation, description, etc..

ü Interpretation results will be illustrated vividly by automatically produced detection reports, including project information, project overview, defect distribution diagram, detection equipment, operation procedure diagrams, defect statistical charts, graphs with defects in detail, etc.

ü Shape File interface data commonly used on GIS platform are to be exported. With the search-read function of electronic map, you can mark out the operating points, reviewing the corresponding detection data, interpretation, pictures and videos of defects.

ü A defect distribution map can be exported as a web page format for data reporting and reading.
